RETURN + REFUND POLICY

Though we are a small operation, we do our best to provide exceptional customer service, which includes a reasonable return + refund policy.

RETURNS

DO NOT RETURN ITEMS WITHOUT A CLAIM, AS THEY WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED!

🚨 Items can be returned within 30 days of the date of delivery, with some exceptions:

  1. Items to be returned CANNOT BE personal contact items, including all soap and skincare/bath items, Halloween masks, and ritual oils. ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS! Even if the product is unused, it is our policy to not accept returns on ANYTHING that can be tampered with.

  2. Must be in the original, unopened, undamaged condition in which you received your order - including all packaging materials, any free gifts, etc.

  3. Returned items incur a restocking fee of $5.00, regardless of your order's total, (or the cost of the item being returned),

  4. Clear photos (of all angles) of the item(s) to be returned must be included with your return claim.

  5. You are responsible for ALL SHIPPING FEES, including any replacement items to be shipped to you. Shipping Fees are non-refundable. Learn more about our Shipping Policy.

  6. Once you open a return claim, you have 7 business days to have all proper, REQUIRED information to us, including the returned item, so that we may proceed further with your claim. If you miss the seven (7) business day return window - you will have VIOLATED our return policy and we will close your claim at that time. Make sure you have proper required information ready to go BEFORE you file a claim. This is to ensure that we can complete our transaction in an efficient and timely manner.

  7. If your claim is approved, we will replace the item(s) or issue a refund in the form of store credit only. (SEE REFUND POLICY)

TO OPEN A CLAIM, YOU MUST MEET THE ABOVE CRITERIA.

Please be sure to include in your claim:

  1. The reason for your request (be as specific as possible)

  2. Photos of all angles of the item(s) you wish to return.

REFUNDS

  • Refunds, if granted, will be honored by store credit only. No exceptions!

  • Every time there is a transaction, PayPal charges us a non-refundable fee EVEN IF we refund your money! Therefore, if you are granted a refund of store credit, the PayPal fees will NOT be refunded.

  • Refunds exclude all shipping fees.

  • If your order has been damaged during shipping, please use your USPS tracking number to file a claim with USPS. We will help you with this, if needed -Simply, Contact Us! We are not responsible for, or issue refunds due to, shipping damages. This is why we make sure your packages are insured - to cover any potential unforeseen damages that might occur, once your package has left our care.

Order Cancellations

  1. If you CANCEL an order - You are responsible for ALL FEES incurred from PayPal, and will not get the PayPal fee amount for your transaction back, because WE still have to pay it regardless if we issue a refund!

  2. ANY CANCELLED ORDERS WILL BE CHARGED A $10.00 FEE WHETHER YOU PURCHASE FROM GOOGLE SHOPPING OR THROUGH OUR WEBSITE! Cancelled orders waste our time, resources, and money. Your refunded amount will reflect this $10.00 CANCELATION FEE.
